Refund/Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to fulfil your order. Once the order is confirmed then it cannot be cancelled or modified. on grounds of colour, choice or handwork.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged since original product pictures are posted and are the same as displayed. Although, If you have received any damage or wrong product then your order will be eligible for exchange. Unboxing video fram start without any pause or cuts is mandatory to claim exchange. Unboxing video should be sent within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Once you are eligible for Exchange we will send you Shipping Label from our side and you have to pack Damage items just like you received and send it to us.

Exchange products will be dispatched once damage products are received back.
